Good morning everyone-
Used Google to translate this particular ingredient, but I'm not understanding the lingo (namely the word SOBRE relative to the amount that should be used):
"1 SOBRE DE LEVADURA"
Here is the entire Recipe if someone would like to be extra nice at Christmas and translate it for a guy:
Thanks in Advance

Babel fish is your friend. It would take a good while to remember that much with the years its been to remember all of the items listed. EGGS, corn flour(harina), sugar, salt, lemon juice and zest. Oven preheated to 250C(must figure out the conversion) are just what I grasp with a quick look at it.

4 eggs, 225 grams flour, 1 packet yeast, 220 milliliters sunflower oil, 5 tablespoons lemon juice, grated lemon peel, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, pinch of salt, 230 grams sugar, sugar and cinnamon mix (for topping I assume)
preheat oven to 250 (Celsius, or it will go hilariously wrong). mix the flour and yeast.
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with some sort of mixer (I don't know what that term is specifically)...
Uh oh, now it is talking about subjectively feeling it or something. Sounds too specific for my pathetic spanish and cooking knowledge. At least you can go to the store!
