Spaghetti Squash Recipes

Make spaghetti, stir fry, chicken parm, I've even made chicken spaghetti with it, but you either add the squash last or serve the sauce over the pasta and mix on the plate.

I cook the spaghetti squash in the microwave (quicker than oven and does the same thing for this recipe) and take out all the meat. Then I cook some bacon, onion and mushrooms until they are nice and tender and bacon is cooked. Throw in squash and some more butter and a good bit of parm cheese. Add a little red pepper and some salt and eat up.
