I've only been once since it opened. A bit too much whiz on my cheese steak but not enough to ruin it.

I figure they still needed to work out the kinks. It's probably time to go again.

Anything was a step up from that gawd awful Sizzlin Wings that was in that spot before.

They haven't worked out the kinks at the other two locations yet, so I wouldn't expect it to happen here.

We stopped in there about a week after they opened. The place was pure chaos. Only one person, assuming he was the owner/manager had a clue what was going on. The ordering system was completely screwed up. It took at least 15 minutes for them to get our order taken correctly. At one point the system charged us $75 for extra cheese. Judging by the manager's reaction, it wasn't the first time. Seems like this could have been avoided by some type of "dry run". The guy had to keep leaving the grill to come up front and correct issues with incorrect orders which slowed down the flow of food from the kitchen to the customers.

Went back yesterday. They still have not worked out all of the kinks. But, they are getting better. I got the surf and turf, which is what i usually get. The sandwich was pretty good. However, we clearly ordered "to go". Wven said so on the order but, they brought the food out in baskets on a tray. easily fixable so, no big deal. Got home and they had given us an extra sandwich. Good for us but not so good for business. But, no $75 cheese so that was an improvement.

One other thing, the sign on the building is nearly impossible to read. The word "Philly" is done in red, white and blue lettering which is reallyhard to read. The location sucks as it is, they don't need a unreadble sign as another obstacle.
