I love a burger in a sourdough bun when at restaurants but have never been able to find any at the grocery stores to use at home. Any idea where I could get some around the Northshore (Hammond/Covington)? Is this something a bakery would sell?

Kroger in Clinton has had them in the bakery area - not bread isle.
I may be wrong, but I believe Walmart is the same.

Kroger in Clinton?
They came in after Piggly Wiggly left town, or maybe it was after the IGA store left.
I forget.

Rona gone happen. Don't matter where you catch it.
I have read where the Walmart brand of Rona is easier/cheaper to fight off than them uppity bakery, Rouses, and Fresh Market version.

Can’t help you find pre made buns, but this recipe for homemade soft sourdough buns is great: LINK
