Sourdough Crackers (pics)

So I would like to thank all the bakers on this board for inspiring me to get into bread a few years ago. Since then I made a sourdough starter and a rye starter which I've been feeding weekly. Somewhere someone posted a link to making crackers from the starter discard. This is a great use for that (as is the Pullman bread recipe).
Sourdough Crackers
I made the dough and added fresh rosemary.
Brush with EVOO, poke with fork and cut with a pizza cutter
Bake and cool. Endless possibilities

Those look great....I love to add seeds to my crackers. Stir some sesame seeds and/or flax seeds into the dough, or a scant teaspoon of fennel seeds. Extra crunch & flavor.

How do they taste?? I made a green onion pancake out of my discarded starter once and it was pretty wretched.

They are fantastic. I'll rarely ever buy store bought crackers unless in a pinch from now on.
