Sometimes restauranteurs don’t pay attention to lighting

And they almost always go too bright. Which always surprises me a bit.

Checked out a new upper scale rooftop restaurant they were working on for months. Nice work and design but the bright lighting was like something in a department store. No one was in there eating, and I didn’t stay either. Suggested to the people they might want to dim things a bit but they sorta just shrugged about it.
