The app (and this goes for many other places with mobile ordering) is awesome because of how all of the customization options are right there in front of you. You can even order just a plain chicken filet. And you can feel free to make whatever you want without having to deal with explaining it to the cashier like a madman.

My favorite is to make a spicy chicken burrito. Not available at all locations though, even with the app.
