So will some local breweries be able to distribute now thanks to Cornovirus?

Went from being listed microbreweries to being able to manufacture?
I'm not an expert on these things so, someone fill me in. If this just temporary or will these breweries be able to distribute in the future?

Study what's happened here in Alabama (Birmingham). I can pull up to the front door of a certain brewery and get to-go beer and vodka put in my car. Plus a container of the first distillation-pull -- a.k.a. high-alcohol sanitizer.

Well two of the places mentioned that they were working on logistics of shipping beer, made me think this is more permanent
