Sure, even the frozen ones can be delicious. With what are the bao filled? I like the bbq pork kind. Trader Joe's has a microwaveable version that makes a nice snack.

I dip them in a combo of soy, sweet chili sauce and chili oil. I highly recommend steaming them.

I eat Them as is. Usually the filling is sauced
