Get a pack if Mickey Brown Hot Tamales, layer them in the bottom of a baking dish. Top that with some chili and then add some cheese to the top of that. Bake it at 350 till the cheese browns. Serve it with tortilla chips or fritos

Melba toast, dollop of brown mustard, dollop of Boudin link stuffing, topped with diced poblano (I'm sure other peppers would work) and a slice of mild cheese (provolone works), baked until cheese melts.

My wife made these once just foraging the pantry/fridge, and they are addicting as hell. Slightly high maintenance prep, but you'll be popping them like chips.
