Neighbor gave me this smoker and I have zero knowledge on smokers. It’s an electric one.
Any good YouTube vids I should watch to get me started?
What meats to y’all recommend me staring out with? Thanks!

Boston butt pork roast or pork shoulder. Your family will think you are a bbq natural.

I bought something similar as my first smoker and it really got me into bbq. Great smoker to get your feet wet. I second doing a Boston butt. They’re hard to mess up and everyone loves pulled pork. Boneless/skinless thighs are great too. Next time you make gumbo, smoke some thighs to put in it for an extra depth of flavor.
Buy an instant read meat thermometer. You can pick one up for around $20.
Once you start watching videos on YouTube of what you want to cook, you’ll start finding the guys that appeal to you the most and they’ll become your go to on looking up bbq recipes.
Howtobbqright is always a great channel to start with.
