Probably find that at any grocery store. I'd start with Dorignacs, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes.

Not in Metarie, but I've always wanted to check this place out.

Overpriced and pretentious. Whole Foods has as good of a selection.

You could drive over to Covington and hit Acquistapaces. Their cheese selection is the biggest I've seen in the area.

If you’re actually smoking the dish, only word of caution is to go easy on the smoke.
