Does anyone know where I can find an already smoked chicken in Baton Rouge? I don't have time to make one myself and I need to make some gumbo.

You can get a whole wood fired one at Cowboy chicken on Siegen.

Whole Foods has whole smoked chickens at the BBQ stand in the store and they're pretty reasonable. You might also try Hebert's on Jefferson as well.
