Bobby Jindal's high school career diploma is the answer to the problem. Now instead of calculus and trig they can take the geniuses and stick them in front of a training machine with pictures for the different hamburger orders for 4 years, till they get it right.

in-n-out has the best I have ever dealt with, a little better that Chick-fil-a even. They pay their employees well, so they ge t the cream of the crop. There was a McDonalds by where I used to work( in the hood) never got the order right, ever. So one day I drove up to the speaker and said, I'll have a DrPepper, and a combo. When they asked what # i wanted, I told them it didn't matter, I wouldn't get what i ordered anyway...

Chick-Fil-A has a policy of mostly hiring Jesus freaks. Being religious isn't a huge indicator of intelligence, but kids that go to church frequently and participate in Young Life and similar organizations are obviously going to be more polite than kids who don't.
Their practice is slightly shady, but it obviously makes for great employees.

Anybody see a pattern with Chick-fil-a and WHY they're the best?

They don't hire thugs and they hire HS/college kids that actually had the drive to get a job in school.

Drop by the Siegen location today and ask the employees how often they go to church, or if they're a member of a Christian organization.
