It's not exactly like the loaded baked potato salad, but it is very similar. All I know is that I can eat pounds of it, and I can usually take or leave the potato salad

Cant help with volume. When cooking enough potato salad for 4 people it always ends up making enough for 150. I can't figure it out.

Mayo
Salt
