Cuban shredded pork tacos in the slow cooker with cumin/lime slaw and side of Black eye peas/rice instead of black beans for NY tradition.

We did pulled pork/chicken/ground beef nacho bar with all the fixings and Spanish rice to nibble on while watching the game. We had lettuce and black beans. No greens or black eyed peas.
