re: Shrimp shells...do you eat 'em,too?

I don't eat the shells but I do eat the tails, fried or boiled.

Chimin in a bit late, but a few years ago I saw a friend of mine eat a jumbo shrimp unpeeled and it blew my mind. I said something about it and his response was "it ain't gna kill ya". Since that day I've eaten a few shells myself .
