Shipping Boudin and Sausage across the Country

I want to ship my son some boudin and andouille. Clearly I could let Don's or Billy's do it for me, but I am a do-it-yourselfer, and I want to ship products from different stores. Suggestions?

Not a cheap thing to do shipping cost alone. Must be shipped with ice packs. Check with a local UPS store or the like to find out the process. Where are you located?
