It could kill you. Even if you were to heat the shite out of that thing it could kill you. It all depends on the type of bacteria that grew on it and if they left any serious toxins.

I'm not saying it will kill you or even that it's common for it to kill you. Just that it's a possibility. At worst you'd probably get the runs.
