Semolina’s double cheeseburger recipe

Was reminiscing about the 90’s lately and it got me remembering how good Semolina’s Double Cheeseburger pasta was. Wouldn’t mind trying to recreating it at home. Does anyone have a recipe for this dish or something reasonably close?

Thanks! Quick question. It says to use cheese sauce. Is this something you buy, or is it something that they made in house?

I’m sure you can use jar queso or melted Velveeta with a little milk in it, if you want to go all out and make your own cheese sauce with milk, butter, flour and shredded cheese.

They had a curry pasta that was awesome. I remember when the location on Coursey just shut down, without warning. I believe there was also a location off of College, near the strip club.

Wish they would just open another Semolina’s in BR. They had the best pad thai!
