Run by the old Sammuals/City Pork on Exchequer. The restaurant is closed but the new owner of the building uses the kitchen for major catering events.

Louisiana Culinary Institute is going to start doing commissary kitchen rentals in 3 hour blocks soon. Talked to them the other day.
