I disagree. I cook mine by letting skillet get VERY hot then cut burner back to low when I pour in eggs.

Like the video posted, mine cook quickly and I am careful not to let them sit on any side too long- nothing tastes worse than overcook omlet/scrambled eggs.

We're talknig about scrambling eggs, essentially; not frying a turkey. I guess it wouldn't hurt, it's definitely not necessary.
