Seafood Corner in Gonzales

Used to love it. 10 years ago, they kept their crawfish price at 99 cents year round. When everyone else sold it for $1.30, they were .99. But when everyone else sold it for .79, they were still .99. I still got my crawfish from them since they didn’t raise their price when they could have. They told you to walk in the cooler and pick out what sack you wanted.

And it was a great hole in the wall place to get a Budweiser and a meal. You could chat up a random old guy and have a great convo.

To my understanding, they sold it at least 5 years ago and it went to crap. I haven’t been back since so I can’t tell you how it is now.
