Went ahead and tried out the Cuban Colombian restaurant for take out.
Cuban beef empanadas
Probably going with the Colombian empanadas next time. These were a little lighter than I expected and the beef didn't feel all too seasoned.
Croquettas (ham & cheese)
Pretty damn good. Would order again. Going to get the tostones trio next time I end up ordering.
Cuban Sandwich
Would've preferred traditional Cuban bread but the French bread was fine. All around a solid meal for two.

food looks great except for the fries.
I’d rather have chips than those sad looking things
or even better, fried plantains or yucca

I went recently and tried the skirt steak. It was pretty tasty but unfortunately it was quite tough. The sweet plantains were solid and the tostones were cooked perfectly.
Also tried the croquettes. I don’t know about these. They just had an odd texture and flavor. They weren’t for me.
Would definitely like to try some of their other options.

They were salty so that helped out, but clearly were frozen fries.
Going to try out the yucca and plantains next time as well, along with tostones.
