What is the best way to filter your peanut oil so that it can be clean enough to be used again later on?

Best way?
Order commercial restaurant filter pads and retrofit it to whatever your oil vessel will be. You’ll have nary a crumb left

I use a very fine mesh chinois, but like already mentioned, a fine mesh paint strainer will work just fine to catch the small particles left in the oil.
Edited to add this: Let the oil cool overnight with the pot covered. Almost all the small particles left in the oil will settle to the bottom that way. Pour the oil through a strainer and discard what's on the bottom.
