cut the head off with a cane knife and then split the mouth in half (top jaw, bottom jaw) cause them motherfricks can still bite with their head disconnested from their body



and their heart is freeky, you can dice it up and the pieces still pump

Doesn't that market on the bayou side of LA 1 between hwy 90 and the Gheens bridge sell turtle meat?

Frogs
Alligator
Crawfish
Crabs
Shrimp
