Huevos Motulenos when its just my wife and I, we spent time in the Yucatan pre-Cancun and Cozumal, that was our favorite when we could get to Merida.
When the grandkids are with us, cheese grits, biscuits scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cantaloupe and strawberries. Juice for the kids, coffee and mimosas for the grownups.
