Callie is a great option if you're looking to spend a little. Dining room is truly open-concept and the kitchen creates a fantastic aroma throughout the restaurant. It's put together without toeing into pretentious. Usually find myself there for work dinners when traveling to SD.

Tribute makes incredible wood-fired pizza in North Park. I used to go after beers at North Park Beer Co. Have shied away since North Park opened a taproom in Bankers Hill, but Tribute is the real deal.

Queenstown is a quirky beer bar / restaurant in Little Italy. Really unique setting with a meat-forward menu.

Feel like I've brought this up before, but highly-recommend Noble Experiment and Youngblood (inside Neighborhood) for cocktails. Personally, I'd run with Youngblood then grab a smash burger in Neighborhood. Make sure you snag a reservation.

Blue Water Seafood in Ocean Beach is awesome and not really that expensive. I go every time I head out there for work.

Youngblood

I would highly recommend this as well. We were there a couple of months ago and loved it.
