So I buy the SnV almonds and a second can of mixed nuts and mix them together to extend the life of the can and the vinegar taste. Is there a powder that can be bought that is actually good? or how do I replicate the SnV taste at home? Just soak them in vinegar dry and salt them?

Thanks

I've never used this, but everything I've bought from them has been great.

nice, thanks. Also to the 1 part water thing, could I let the evaporate to a powder? maybe?

If what you want to give a vinegar tang is already salted, just spray a little water on it, add the powder (to your taste), mix, than let dry. That should do it.

There are several salt and vinegar seasonings available online for popcorn and chips. I'm sure it's similar to what's on the almonds.

Buffalo Wild Wings sells their S&V dry rub. It's pretty damn good on some wangs.
