That's some progress right there on the review of Lombardi's. Went there last summer and really enjoyed it. Watched a show recently on the country's best pizza and they spent a lot of time on Lombardi's.

It was a number of things. The set-up of the restaurant is a huge clusterfrick to begin with.
I really enjoyed Lombardi's. I wanted to go to Grimaldi's but we didn't really feel like cabbing it to Brooklyn. They have one in Manhattan but I wanted the original.

That's funny, right there. If they want to PM me, I would be happy to speak to them, it is what it is. Please note, I complimented them when it was appropriate, and when I didn't like something, I was specific with what I did not like. I even considered that maybe it was me, maybe I didn't order the right things and asked others to guide me in future visits.
Funny though, this afternoon while shopping at whole foods, I saw two of the front of house people, the suit at the hostess station and some big guy. I'm sure I should know these people though, but I don't.

Yep, I was there at about 4-5pm and got some excellent scallops that I prepared with this recipe
They were awesome prepared this way and better than anything I had at that restaurant I ate at last night.
BTW were you the little suit at the hostess station or the big guy with the XXXXXL LSU home jersey. I don't fault you for trying to defend your restaurant, but next time you should disclose that you work there.
