I ate there on Sunday with my grilfriends parents. Had to say some of the best food I have eaten in a long time. Anyone else ever eaten there?

I've had their take-out po-boys, before Katrina. Believe they were damaged pretty badly - guess they've rebuilt and recovered okay.

Yeah they pretty much re-did the whole place.

I love the place. I have some hippie biker friends (real hippies since they are late 50's early 60's and have been riding and smoking for years-not Gucci dentists that just bought Harleys) that live in Mandeville and hang out there every Friday and Saturday. I join them whenever I can. Outstanding.

Back in the day they used to serve huge #1 soft-shelled crabs that would fill the plate. It was worth the trip from B.R.
