I got two racks of ribs I was going to cook outside but it looks too much like rain.

I decided to put them in the oven. I put them in at 275 with my regular rub on a rack. Any more ideas??

I used to bake them often. Thats gonna drip in ur oven. Wrap them in foil at 300 for a couple hours... u will save a mess if u will put a cookie sheet on the rack below. If u can sear them in the pit afterwards, do it. Wrapped and baked ribs are good, but ugly, ha. If u cant sear on the pit, once u pull them from the oven - turn on broiler - add a crust. Boom

I know this does not help today but this is one of the reasons we got an instant pot. Sometimes I don't have time to spend the 3 hours or so on the grill.

So, 25 minutes in an instant pot, and 15 minutes at 450 in the oven gets me this:

Damn. I seem to only use my instant pot to cook rice. And it burns my basmati half of the time.
