I'm going to try ribs for the first time on the BGE this weekend. I came across this recipe online and wanted to get some feedback to see if this is similar to what some of you pros do when cooking ribs. People rated it well in the comments section.

On a kamado grill there is no need to wrap ribs. Cook at 250-275. Sprit with apple juice hourly. Takes about 6-7 hours for St Louis and about 5 for back ribs

240-250 for 4 hours. Might as well put a butt on too and let it go for another 4 - 6 hours.

Everyone likes their food cooked a little differently, but the average person's cook is going to be way shorter than that.

I go by the feel of the ribs how they bend more than time though

3-2-1 at 250 and call it a day. I spray with apple cider vinegar/beer mixture around 2 hours in and then pour about 2-3 tablespoons of the same mixture plus some onion power and garlic powder in when I wrap.

And "Carwash Mike's ribs" for my tried n true. RIP Carwash Mike, he was a good Egger.
