Restaurants that don't cut the "stem" part of tomatoes need to be shut down

Who the frick leaves inedible tough stem in their tomato?
There might be no bigger mark against a restaurant for me than the ones that can't do this simple step.

Me and my son stopped at Lakeview Harbor for a burger Saturday. Had the bottom part of a tomato all skin for my my slice of tomato, even Subway throws that shite away.
