I'm recommending a popular Louisiana eatery that is footsteps away from the convention center.

Is there a problem here?

Mulate's

About 6 mths ago I ate there with my son and his GF while my wife was at the casino and I thought it was the worst meal I have had in a very long time. And I am very easy to please with food. Way over priced for the quality of food you get, definitely has to be better options in that area.

I'm sure the OP has more sense than that.

Just ignore Paul Allen. He is the resident food board retarded troll. He thinks it is funny to suggest shitty restaurants in every thread asking for suggestion. I don't get the joke, but I guess something is wrong with me.

Mulate's! I appreciate the other posters for shining a light on your attempt at humor. Other than the music and dancing, I don't even like the one in Breaux Bridge. I was looking for non-tourist spots and I now have some great suggestions...in spite of your attempt to spoil the experience. Have a nice weekend!
