If you're into Pinot Noir, check out Etude from Carneros region. Had recently and I really enjoyed it.
Also for Pinot Noir try Cuvaison. I think it is right at $30.
Costco has some really great Rioja Reserva for around $12'ish.
And for shits and giggles, since it's hot Hecht & Bannier is my Rose jam. Really good wine from Provence.
