Does no one from BR want a locally-owned place to move into this space in Perkins Rowe?

No thanks.

A Starbucks/Bonefish Grill/Pinkberry combo in the old Fish City Grill would be awesome!!!!!!

Perkins Rowe is everything that is wrong with America. This is indisputable.

Maybe someone can convince Dearman's to put another location there. Then they can get a liquor license. That would be the shite.

Louie's
Fleur de Lis
Pastime
Byronz
Petunia's (out of French Quarter)
Brick Oven (a chain, but great Italian)
Camellia Grill is going in next to Barnes & Noble
Some of these may need more space.

Solo, you are preaching to rougians that are too blinded by the shiny new Perkins rowe to realize it embodied all the boring homogenized attributes that are making America a sinking corporate cesspool.

Rougians won't be happy until they score the golden calf...dave and busters.

I don't know why this is for debate... you know Brandon and Jack are all over this. First, BR then the world.
