I want to serve smoked ribs tomorrow but won’t have time to smoke the day of. Pellet smoker. Is it a bad idea to cook ahead and reheat? Any tips?

I have done it..but as leftovers. I cut the ribs and loosely wrapped in tinfoil. Put in oven at a low temp 250-300..Might put a little water in the foil wrap to keep MOIST.

Vacuum seal once they’ve cooled a bit, reheat in a sous vide. It’s like they just came off the pit.
