Got a 4.5# fully smoked brisket the other day. Put it on the grill as directed to reheat it. No foil. Do i turn it or just let it go for 45 mins - an hour as directed? It's fat down, meat side up as instructed. Any tips? Don't want to be offering eggs and bacon for dinner if I screw up the main course. TIA.

Yes, wrap it in foil. You can remove the foil and "brown it" for a few minutes on the grill when fully heated. You can heat it in the oven if you use the foil.

Thanks guys. Just wrapped it up and put it back on the grill. Much appreciated.
