Got this in an email from Louisiana Cookin' this morning. People ask about recipes for fish tacos, so I'm posting it.

Looks tasty but I will have to make it without the cilantro. I'll use parsley instead, just can't stand the taste of cilantro.

I love cilantro, but some folks' palates get a soapy taste from it. My Mom has that issue, but I don't.

IMO for some reason it taste like a stink bug smells when you smash it. I cut lawns as a kid and that smell still haunts me. I have been in the mood for some ceviche lately. Got some fresh shrimp from my mom last week.

Looks good, but doesn't 12 hours seem a little long for ceviche? I usually let mine soak for 2-3 hours. When I leave it in the fridge overnight, it gets tough and rubbery.
