Have some out of towners coming in for a game - looking for a recommendation of a place that makes full pan quantities of Jamb, seafood pasta, gumbo, etc. Would like to call ahead and be able to pick up the morning of the game. Kind of want to avoid Pot and Paddle or Jambalaya Shop as I wasn't that impressed with those.

A little picky dont you think?

Other than those 2, Rice and Roux, or rouses. you arent going get knock out quality dishes from most places. But the out of towners wont know the difference.

Wow. I’ve got nothing then. I think that place is awesome, for what it is.
