Anyone have recommendations on a reasonably priced electric milk frother?

Supposed to start it with, “My wife wants a milk frother...”

K, you’re good then, froth on.

Aren’t they usually attached to the espresso machine?

So, how "reasonably" they will be priced is predicated on how much you want it to do. Manual frothers are the cheapest, obviously. Then basic electric ones. Then electric frothers that are fully automatic because they also heat the milk (or other beverage, some people apparently swear by them for hot chocolate). Then a step up are those that have more fine temperature settings.

On the high end, people swear by this thing: LINK

Not to say you need it, but it's a good starting point to see the features that are available so you can work your way down based on what you care about.

Yes and we have one on a breville machine but it takes up too much counter space. It’s sitting in a cabinet. I just want a small electric frother. I like the Nespresso but it got mixed reviews on Amazon.

Nespresso aeroccino works fine. You can’t overfill it or it makes a mess. You also need to clean it promptly, don’t leave milk sitting in it for hours. Will do warmed non frothed milk, or froth. Has two diff paddles, easily changed. I’ve got one at home, one at office. No problems.

From my experience, the cheap handheld ones are more than sufficient if you don't mind heating the milk in the microwave first. Can pick up a good one for less than 10 bucks on Amazon oh, and they take up almost zero drawer space
