Marfa- Food Shark-food truck....the Marfalafel is great
Also, the same chef has a Late Night Museum of Electronic Wonders and Grilled Cheese Parlour and a brick and mortar place called Future Shark.
Amsterdam- Siriphon Thai
Amsterdam- da Portare via- take away pizza place....sit on the edge of the canal and get a beer from the bar next door
Amsterdam- Boerderij Meerzicht-Pancakes....it is in a big park called The Amsterdamse Bos which is a huge park/forest ( three times the size of Central Park in New York), with playgrounds, a swimming pool and lots of other activities for children. Boerderij Meerzicht is very child friendly and has a petting zoo, an orchard and a playground. Seating both inside and outside.
