Y’all have any suggestions or experience making lump crab cakes? Preferably minimal veggie and break crumb filling, yet a way for it to still all hold together.
Say...for making brunch with crab cakes and poached eggs?? Maybe a sauce to go with it?
Thank you in advance. You are all fine ladies and gentlemen, amongst the upper tier of society.

Puree some raw shrimp into a paste. That will hold them together great.

I was actually thinking of mixing in some fine chopped shrimp anyway, but is what you’re telling me is shrimp will also act as a bonding agent?
