Wife made too much ground meat the other night for one of her meals so i'm going to repurpose that into a quick and easy dinner. What do you think?
Ground Meat
Broccoli
Fusili Pasta
Onions
Garlic
Green Peppers
Diced Tomatoes
1. Boil Noodles
2. Add some Olive oil to a pan and saute onions/garlic/peppers.
3. Once sauteed, add in diced tomatoes with a little tomato sauce and cook for a couple minutes.
4. Add 1 cup of starchy water from noodles.
5. Add broccoli to the pot, and cook the broccoli for about 4-5 minutes in the mixture.
6. Add the ground meat and continue to cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
7. Add in noodles, stir well, then cut the heat.
8. Place mixture in a bowl with some peccorino romano shavings on top.
Only seasoning will be salt, pepper, and some fresh thyme.

I love broccoli, but I'd leave it out.. Serve it on the side.
