So not a damn one of you could help....so I went with a ceviche prep:

Quart of oysters drained, mostly
2 large jalapeños, sliced thinly
1/2 of a red onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup tiny tomatoes, halved
1 cup minced cilantro
2 large limes, juiced
10 or so grinds of pepper
6 or so grinds of pink Himalayan salt

Gonna stir in an hour, eat in two. Will add some cumin next time, but I'm out.

I did something similar, but added a bottle of tiger sauce to everything, and a shot of ketchup to sweeten it a little.

It was good.
