Re-heated, leftover fried crawfish tails is a very underrated breakfast.

Eggs scrambled with jalapenos, onions, and cheese, and the leftover crawfish tails (warmed for a minute and a half in the air fryer) gets me off to a good start today!

One of those breakfasts where my tongue and gut are at war. Sounds delicious, but my reflux would knock me on my arse.

Whenever I boil, I peel and put a good size portion in a tupperware container for an omelette the next morning

Air fryer is fantastic for reheating stuff like this and retaining the texture when it was first cooked, mostly. Works for pizza, smoked meats, bread and breaded items, fries, etc. And only takes a couple minutes, like a microwave.
