Raziano's in Boutte on Hwy 90

This is for old timers. Raziano's was a pretty good roadhouse type place with the best crawfish bisque I ever had in a restaurant. They also had these fried shrimps that were butterflied, they were huge, as if it were 2 or 3 shrimp were pressed together, eating a half dozen was a lot.

Do any of you snow tops remember this place, it closed in the early 80's from a fire, by coincidence, the night before a competing place, Sal's, opened across Hwy 90.

I would love to know how they did their fried shrimp.
