Looking to make a bowl of Ramen tomorrow night, cant narrow down exactly what I want but thinking something along the lines of The Addie at Chow Yum Phat
CYP broth, spicy roasted miso paste, miso smoked chicken, pickled roasted corn, ajitama, woodear & shiitake, mayu, scallions
Any help and recipes are greatly appreciated
