Rabidesuxs venison sausage is the best all around sausage around. Smoky enough to be good in beans and gumbos. Texture and casing good in the grill. Spice and salt just right.

I would also recommend trying Rita’s in Iota/Basile area and Petos in Roanoke at Exit 59 off I-10.

If you go to Iota, try Foret's smoked sausage. The store is right next to the post office.
